The new offering of this update addresses an issue with the update originally offered on March 13, 2012, where the update is installed on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 and then the operating system is subsequently updated to Service Pack 1.
Customers who have not enabled automatic updating need to check for updates and install this update manually.
